  The safety and well-being of our staff and consumers is our top priority so our customer service team and our warehouse operations have been reduced to limit the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

  As you all know our transportation partner has priority over our packages ensuring that any emergency package is delivered to emergency centers. This may cause a delay with your package reaching your ship to address.

  Our Customer Service center is working remotely, to help with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. A response may take longer than usual, but rest assure that you will get a response to your inquiries.

Please be advised that our shipping services are delaying pick up times due to local curfews. If you received a tracking confirmation email and its status has not yet updated please allow 24-48 additional hours to update.
